You can use the Inject CSS feature to stylize your forms.
To inject custom css:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Preferences Form button
3. Choose Form Styles tab
4. Copy and paste the css code in the Inject Custom CSS textarea
If you're using Firefox, I suggest that you download Firebug add-on, to help you find out which css selector to use when changing something in a form's appearance.
For Chrome and IE (version 8 and above), there's Developer Tools built in. Just press F12 on your keyboard.
Hope you find this information useful. If you have specific questions with regard to styling your form, you may use the forum's search function, or you can post a new quetion if you can't find the answer in past threads.
