'Continue forms later' option does not work

I tried to follow the steps on how to make the application where my students are able to return later in the week to upload recommendations

I read how to make the application possible for applicants to return later (the next day) to continue working on their application.  The page breaks allow them to go directly back; however, it is impossible for them to come back the next day; PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY!

Have you switched to our new Autofill option? It seems to be working fine on your Application form.

Note that the Autofill option is not compatible with the old session based Continue Later option. You can use only one on the form.
