I have a form which a user can complete and once complete it will redirect to another page.
The form is not completing and is showing errors. It works ok in IE but not in Chrome.
I've tryed the iFrame option, any other suggestions?

The reason why this is happening is because you have used the "Quick Tool" E-mail for your City field.
This causes anything you entered in that field to get validated as an e-mail address. To fix this, remove this field and replace it with a regular text box.
Before you do that, I'd like to warn you though that saved data for this field in your submission entries will be deleted as well. Unfortunately, there is no way around that.
