Matrix filed data is not captured if the column label contains ampersand, less than, or greater than characters.

Hi

My live form is not registering when somone clicks a checkbox. For question (1. Where do you search for product information to help you make your purchasing decisions?) Only the selections from the first matrix come through, for some reason it does not collect the data from the other two matrixes.

It is the same with question 2.

Can you please advise the best solution to fix asap.

I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having.

There seems to be glitch where if the matrix field column has "&" in the label, it does not capture the selected answers. I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed.

For now, I would suggest you to please edit your matrix question column label and remove the "&" and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
