    Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à upgrade mon compte de gratuit à bronze. En suivant le processus, la plateforme après insertion des coordonnées de la carte VISA, elle me fait comprendre que je ne peux upgrade mon compte

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As our French support is currently busy, we will assist you in English. Kindly make sure you have logged in when you are trying to upgrade. If you have logged in, but failed to upgrade, it may also be due to your login session expiring, but your browser retraining the login cache. In this case, we suggest logout, then log in in and trying again.

    If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset your password:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password.

    4. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
