How to save an incomplete form

A charity I am involved in has sent ne a link producing an Expenses claim form as follows.
which i guess may originate with you.
As I unable to complete the form in one setting, perhaps you could help an old duffer, by telling me how to save a partially completed form so I may retrieve it and add to it at a later date.
    Hopefully

    Hello Colin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Save feature depends if the form owner has enabled this on their form. Could you share with us the link to the form that you are working on so we can check? Although if there is no Save Button showing on the form, I'm afraid you will have to forward your request to the form owner.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi,
Thanks for The splendid Response to my question.
I am trying to complete a form to claim my
expenses from Hertfordshire County Scout Council and attach a copy of
the Email they sent me but am not doing very well.
It appears that I will be unable to complete the claim in one sitting so
would like to do some, save it and then complete it at a later date.
Any help you can give would be appreciated

    Hello Colin,

Thank you for getting back to us. In order for us to check on this, do you have the URL of the Form you are referring to or the email address used when doing the submission? We have tried searching any forms you may have made a submission using this email your are writing from, but was unsuccessful. Also, kindly note that saving a form submission depends on the form owner if they had enabled this. Otherwise, if it's not enabled from their end then your partial submissions cannot be saved.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

thanks I know I'm not the brightest be attach an Email from our County
Accounts person and a list of the files which were downloaded and wonder if
    this helps
As you may expect our office is closed to-day but perhaps you could let me
have clear instructions how they can send me an editable copy of the form
which I can ask them to initiate it
    Thanks
    Colin

    Hello Colin,

You can share this video tutorial with the form owner to enable the Save and Continue feature.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
