I am inserting a qr code in my form email for attendees to use for check in at our event. The problem that I have ran into is some of attendees are using the dark mode on their emails on their phones. Can I put a border around the qr code so it can be read by the vendor we are using to keep track of check in and check out.

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you looking to add a border around the QR code included in the autoresponder email of your form? If so, let me show you how to set it up:

    1. On the Email Content section of your autoresponder email, you just need to add another 1x1 table inside the default table. This is where the unique name of the QR code widget in your form will be placed.

    2. Once the 1x1 table is created, click on it and select the Table properties option on the small modal that will pop up below it

    3. On the Table properties window, you can then set the border properties such as the border thickness and the border color. On my sample screenshot below, I have set the border thickness to 5px and the border color to red. You can check this page for the list of colors with their hex codes.

And here's what the QR code would look like in the autoresponder email:

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
