how to use css media queries with jotform and how to remove mousehover effect on button click

Hello Team,

I am working on jotform since 1 month.I want to integrate my jotform inside my webpage using iframe tag.and this jotform is responsive it can adjust resolution as per device so can i use css responsive media tag with css injected in the jotform please let me know.
