I am also having trouble with the Zoom integration piece - a zoom meeting is created but the link is not sent to a registrant or myself, & it does not seem to be able to be integrated into the google calendar event being created. Is there a way for it to do this - as seems to be the basis of other scheduling tools like Calendly? Thank you!

    Hello mh,

I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Please note that you can only use the Zoom integration to Create and schedule meetings and Register participants for meetings and webinars. Unfortunately, there is no option to add the meeting Invitation Link to the Autoresponder email and only the schedule (date and time) will be added to the Google Calendar.

Please know that the invitation links are created as soon as the form is submitted. This happens on your Zoom account as the integration only triggers Zoom to create it. The link is not routed back to Jotform. You have to log in to your Zoom account to view and access the meeting links and manually copy it to send them to the registrants.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
