Submission forms not matching forms received via email...

    When receiving submission forms from our users, they appear to be fine when viewing them in JotForm.  However - the emailed forms we're receiving do not match the submited versions, and is causing us issues not having the accurate inf.  I've attached 2 screen shots of the forms.

    What is causing the emailed version to autofill al of the fields?
