So our emails werent working and after many tests, it seems that it is becuase it's a .co email address instead of a .com.
Are .co email addresses not supported? Is there anything that needs to be done to make it work?

As far as we can see, the email messages are being sent to the .co addresses too. Please check Jed's reply in your other thread:

If your email provider is having issues with emails sent from Amazon SES, you can try another sending options on your jotform(s):
- Use your own SMTP details to send the email alerts.
- Or use a custom sender option. It will switch the sending source from Amazon SES to our own servers.
