    Dear JotForm,

occasionally I receive a submission notice email from noreply@jotform.com

rather then customer name. This forms have empty fields even though the

fields are mandatory and cannot be skipped.

So I have no contact information to get back to these customers.

    BTW,

it is possible to see thei email address they send the form from without them entering it manually.

    The misspell often, you know.

Thank you for your wonderful service,

    Denis

-If you want to get the email from the sender email question, please check this address.

Set Email Field as the Notification Sender Email Address with Mandrill

-If you are getting blank submissions, can you please tell me if you got this form embedded into a web page of yours? Maybe the form required validations my be getting disabled, if that is the case, please re-embed the form using the iFrame code version of it.

If this does not solve the problem, get back to this thread, for your last question, I've opened a thread on behalf of you here.
