We are close to take Jotform in production for rather sophisticated forms with different mail recipients according to the subject of the mail.
There must be not far from 100 conditions in the form.
The thing is that since this afternoon (western european time...) when I try to save the form, it takes hours.. and nothing happens.
This could be a terrible showstopper if it would appear that we have to reingeneer the whole form a few days before launching a brand new portal, where Jotform is an essential component...
Thanks for a quick answer...
As the portal is not yet online, I just provide you with a link to the form in order to check if there is a problemPage URL:

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. From what I experienced, the Save won't work only when you try to add new conditions. I will forward this issue to our developers so they can take a look at it and hopefuly find a fix.
We will let you know of any updates via this thread. Again, we are sorry for the troubles caused. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks a lot.
I really appreciate this quick support

I am sorry to insist, but we must take our new portal in production next tuesday...
Our business requires a website in 3 languages, this means also the form must be in 3 languages. We love Jotform for its ease of use and for its flexibility. This is why we tried to build nearly perfect forms, which is quite easy with Jetform... Our business required only 1 form on the website... At least, all functionality provided by the form must be available on one central place. As I did not find a possibility to open another form based on conditions, the only solution I found was to build one big form...
But I have to translate it in the 2 other languages. As the data where the conditions are based on (labels (no major problem) and choices in dropdown or radio button items) are different when you translate the form, everything has to be reviewed (in fact rebuild...) and this lets us not so many time anymore.
The original form is developed and tested in Dutch. I created a new form for French based on the Dutch one (which is now OK for 95%), and I encountered the same problem with the first change in a condition...
And I read somewhere on this forum that there should be no limit in the number of conditions.
Could you please tell your developers this is becoming an urgent problem...?
Thanks in advance

We apologize for your inconvenience.
Since the priority level of this ticket is already set to highest, what we can only do right now is wait. The development team may still be busy due to the issue that we had earlier about the DDOS attack. Once they're able to look into this matter, they'll surely respond to this right away.
- BBIEAnswered on September 17, 2011 at 02:20 AM
I was not aware yesterday morning when I posted my last message that Jotforms has been victim of a Ddos attack. I am confident the problem has some level of priority within Jotform...
We will have to consider a plan B for our problem, with for instance a simpiified form for the time being and enhance the functionality later.
- JotForm FounderaytekinAnswered on September 17, 2011 at 10:34 AM
It is tagged Urgent. Our developers will work on this Monday. Thanks.
- emrew86Answered on September 18, 2011 at 11:34 AM
there is no maximum condition limit. but there is another bug. we will fix it soon.
- BBIEAnswered on September 21, 2011 at 02:17 AM
May I ask you if there is any progress on the solution for this bug...?
We applied our plan B, but I would be delighted to have a definitive solution asap.
Thanks for the good job.
- emrew86Answered on September 21, 2011 at 02:26 AM
BBIE, as I said before there is no condition limit. Our bug is about email notification. You can add condition as much as you want.
- BBIEAnswered on September 21, 2011 at 02:33 AM
This does not change anything to my problem... But I am glad to hear that the problem is in the email notifications. I use multiple emails as a work-around to another question I put before: the possibility to hide non relevant information (e.g. not answered questions).
But I can easier live with unclear internal notification than with a problem in the field of conditions.
Thans again for your reactivity.
- BBIEAnswered on September 23, 2011 at 01:57 AM
Is this issue closed because the nature of the problem is different from the one I first stated?
Could you please let me know what exactly is the issue regarding the email notification, so I know in which direction I have to build a work around. It is getting very urgen for me, the pressure of the business is now very high.
My problem is that one form is used for multiple purposes and the emails are sent to to different departments of the organisation according to the subject. So I multiplied the number of emails by using only the relevant data in the notification in order tomake the mails more clear. This is not a new concern, see another thread I initiated some months ago: http://www.jotform.com/answers/24187-Is-it-possible-to-auto-hide-non-answered-questions-in-the-notification-mail#5.
I really want to avoid long messages with irrelevant data. Any suggestion?
Or should I open a new thread even if my problem still is the same: the form won't save...
- JotForm SupportliyamAnswered on September 23, 2011 at 03:37 AM
We apologize for this.
This issue is still in the priority list of our developers. You'll hear from them once this bug has been fixed.
May I also suggest to discuss topics that are related to the thread topic to avoid confusion. You can start a new thread if you wish for another issue that you have in mind.

I have been trying to check which part of your conditions are causing this, it may be possible that these are some causes. Can you try removing and recreating these conditions if it fix it?
We'll wait for your updates.
- BBIEAnswered on September 25, 2011 at 11:40 AM
Thanks for your (Sunday) reaction.
Do you mean I have to delete and rebuild these 6 conditions? This are basic conditions which are used in the form since the very beginning, when the forms were working properly.
I could do this but I do not really think this will help, but you are the expert... If conditions could be sorted on field name, it would probably be easier to solve problems with forms using a great number of conditions...
Do you suggest me to do this anyway... and do I have any chance to succeed with your recommendations?
Thanks again for your support.
- BBIEAnswered on September 25, 2011 at 11:43 AM
Or do you ask me to remove all the about 100 conditions... and to redo the whole job...?
- BBIEAnswered on September 25, 2011 at 11:47 AM
Well, I tried to remove those 6 first conditions... After trying removing the first one, I already had the sema problem... The forms don't save anymore. So I even am not able to delete any of the existing conditions...
- JotForm SupportliyamAnswered on September 25, 2011 at 01:04 PM
It's supposed to be these conditions:

Bug has been fixed...
- BBIEAnswered on September 26, 2011 at 02:23 AM
Great. I will test it and come back to you with some feed-back.
Anyway, thanks for your efforts.
- BBIEAnswered on October 10, 2011 at 07:28 AM
I promised to come back with some feed-back when my forms are completed.
I have now one form in Dutch covering about 30 functions. (and about 10 mails to different departments) I did not encounter. I translated it in French and I did not encounter any new problem
Jotform is really great stuff and your support is very good and quick.
I just can recommand Jotform to any individual or organization who needs agile and reliable forms on their website.
