Why can I no longer receive the information needed?

    I currently have 33 submissions which is 67 less than the 100 allowed in the basic plan. Why can I no longer receive the information needed

    Hello mjmacmil,

    You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 20 SSL submissions.

    Haven't you received the warning emails which are sent whenever you reach close to your allowed submission limit?

    I have gone ahead and manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure form URL and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.

    I was under the impression that I had not "checked" the secure SSL submissions. Pls provide me with the appropriate steps to assure that I have taken care of this accordingly.

    Hi,

    When you embed your form or when you get your form URL into the embed form wizard, please make sure that the secure box is "Uncheck".

    For as long as your form does not start with https://secure or https://www. Non-Secure form should start with http://www or http://form.
