My forms don't open fully on Ipads in SafariAsked by williamrush on October 02, 2014 at 06:51 PM
On our website under the forms tab, we have a long form called INTAKE. When you click it on an Ipad, the form opens but cannot be scrolled to the bottom to finish and click the submit button . Can we make a form that works fully on Ipads?
Please use the following iFrame embed code in your web page and see if that helps you:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/41183976608363" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 3506px; border: none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>
You may also like to add "Mobile Responsive" widget in your form which will adjust the width of your form fields without any horizontal scroll.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
I replaced the old embed code with the one you suggested. Its a very long form and with an ipad you are able to scroll down most of the way on the form but the last 7 questions spill over the blue footer on our webpage and cannot be seen. Other things I can try?
I was able to duplicate the issue that you are experiencing with the form on the iPad.
To have this issue resolved, the height of the frame would need to be adjusted in the code. Please replace your current code with this.
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/41183976608363" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 3800px; border: none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>
If part of the form is still overlapping with the bottom part of your webpage. Increase the height pixel.
I hope this helps! Please inform us if you need further assistance.
