Images not being displayed in the form.

    We have a number of JotForms on our website with broken images. The forms are pulling the correct url

    and we even uploaded new images and pointed the forms to them but its still not pulling them.

    Hello Logoworks,

    I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and it seems that in the image URL you have added "," after the URL. That is why your image appears to be broken. Please check the screenshot below:

    I have edited your form and updated the image URL. Your form now displays the images correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
