Does the number of monthly submissions mean that that is the total number of submissions allowed per month or #stored before you have to export them?

    Hi Emily,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Before anything else, I highly recommend you create your JotForm account first(for FREE).

You can use this link to signup  http://www.jotform.com/signup

You can use the email account you used here to signup.

When you signup you will receive a welcome/orientation email on your email account which usually will answers most of your initial questions/inquiry.

As to your current question, the answer is Yes.

It is the Total number of submissions under your account/username. It does refresh and reset to zero(0) every 1st Day of each Month. So, monthly you will have fresh submission counter.

And yes, if you are about to exceed a monthly limit (regular submission, SSL, payments) within the month, then its better to export/download your submission data so that you can delete them on your account to decrease your current submission count within the current month.

Hope this help. Inform us if you have further question.

    Thanks.
