I am trying to modify my current auto responder but when I try and go into it it tries to make a new one, I have tried this with my auto notification as-well but the same problem appears. I have tried to do it with other forms I have made but the problem seems to happen with all of them now. Does anyone know why or know a way around this that doesn't involve me having to re-write all my auto responders and auto notifications?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Do you mean to say that you are unable to edit your auto-responder email template? I did check your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I am able to edit it without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
