    Language button in tool bar does not work while in edit mode

    Hi tehreemb,

    I checked your form and cloned it for testing. I was able to replicate the issue, it seems that the language button is not working on your form in the edit mode. I tried creating another form and the language button is working. I will forward this unexpected behavior to our development team.

    I also checked your form just to make sure it wasn't a temporary issue and I can confirm that in both the original jotform and cloned versions of it, I am unable to use the language feature.  Even deleting all of the fields in the jotform did not allow for the feature to be accessible.  A ticket has indeed been opened and we will update you here as soon as we have any further information.

    Hello-

    Thanks for bringing this up. The elements of the form should actually all be disabled while constructing the form. Some of them appear to work, if you click on them, but they shouldn't. I'm updating this request to ensure all form elements within the form builder are disabled.

    Per your original request, if you'd like to test the language translations in the form, just press the form preview button and test in the live form.

    I need to add an additional language to my form (Dutch), basically when i click on 'Setup & Embed' and then the 'Language' button, nothing happens.

    Please can someone let me know when the 'language' button has been fixed on my form

    Hi,

    I have cloned your jotform and see that there is an issue with one of the fields in it. This might be connected to the number of languages that are added to your jotform or some specific field. I will update our developers on what I found and someone will get back to you regarding the issue.

    I will update them on this shortly after I do a few more tests.

    Could you let me know what on the form is causing the 'Languages' button to not work?

    Hi,

    The issue is not with your jotform, but it seems to be with the JotForm Builder. What I can tell you is that there are developers assigned to this thread and that the status is set to important which means that they are working on the solution.

    Now I can not give you any specific details about that as I myself do not know them neither, but as soon as our developers have some new info they will update us over this thread.

    What I can tell you is that we do not have Dutch language as an option currently so even when it gets fixed it will not be available.

    Our apologies but there's no update from our higher ups about this at this moment. I have also mentioned it on your other thread.

    While waiting for it, here's what you can do for now. I have cloned your form and removed the language translation integration. You may want to clone this form back and start the language translation again. It should be working fine.

    For some reason, there's something on your current translation that is causing the language wizard to break so I think it is necessary to redo the integration.
