Can I set up multiple forms for events and have people sign up that way?

Is it going to say that I have too many emails coming from an ip? I want to set up tablets and allow people to fill out quote requests while I'm in the field or if I'm hosting an event. Is this possible?

Yes it is possible. There is a limitation though on the number of submission per hour. If you are using a Paid Accounts the limit is 100/hour. If you are using Free and Guest Accounts then the limit is 2/hour.
