The link to this answer is broken.

Can you give us the answer to JotaCe's question?

    Hi,

In order to be easy to track what the actual question was, I have copied it here:

Suppose that I have exceeded my allocated quota of submissions for a biven month on day 15th of that month. I will not receive more submissions until I upgrade my account. But if I upgrade on 18th of that month, will I receive the "lost" submissions from 15th to 18th, or are they totally lost?

Now what happens after you reach your quota is that your jotforms are locked down and no submission can be done on them. So there are no lost submissions to begin with.

Anyone that comes to the jotform will get a message that the allocated quota is exceeded and that they should contact the owner of the jotform.

You can see more on the jotform errors here: Understanding Different Form Errors

Now before this happens however you are notified that you are near your account limit, which you can always increase through various options found on Account -> Get More ( http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore )

Or access it from the quick menu instead:

So if you get an email that you are close to limit, you can use these methods to get a few extra submissions while you upgrade to your new plan (which is instant after payment).

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
