is it possible to create a feed to a letter template from the jot form

Can I create a letter of approval that I can send via email in response to various requests? I would like it to be a form/template that gets populated by the key pieces of information (name of person, name of conference, dates, amount approved, etc. ) - ideally is it possible to have a feed to the letter template from the jot form

When you say feed are you referring to the notification? Like when someone submitted a form you will receive and email, is that the feed you are referring to? Or what you meant was create an approval form and get notification every time you sent or approve a form?
