I needed to save a copy of a submission and when I tried to download the file as a .pdf it had the wrong person's details. Same thing when I tried to e-mail it.
I have included a screen shot of the information I require as well.

Anyway, I tried it with one of the latest submission submitted to your form (form ID: 42164497921965) and I get the PDF with accurate information. It's the same on your first screenshot.
Can you please ensure that you are on the correct form? You have identical forms and form names so I have suspicion that you might be viewing the other form.
May I also suggest you to please clear your browser's cache and try it again. Maybe it was also a caching issue. I have also cleared your form cache from our side, just in case.
