    1) I will need to export form results in CSV format so they can downloaded to excel.

    2) User needs to be able to "get back" into edit / continue filling out the form. Since these are lengthy forms, we've had a lot of complaints about having to do it all at once.

    3) An email version of the submitted form will be necessary.

Yes, you can click on Excel or CSV icons on the Submissions page (scroll to the bottom to see the icons) to download all submissions in Excel.

    2) User needs to be able to "get back" into edit / continue filling out the form. Since these are lengthy forms, we've had a lot of complaints about having to do it all at once.

Create an auto-responder for your form and include {edit_link} tag on the email body. So, the user can always go back to the same form and edit it.

    3) An email version of the submitted form will be necessary.

Certainly. Click on Email Alerts on the toolbar.

That's excellent news!  Thanks for your reply!

The last hurdle is making sure the form I need to be create can actually be created using the tools within the form builder.  I will have to open it all up and make sure each option is in place.  Pretty sure we're good to go thought :-)

Can you explain this portion of your reply a little better?

"Create an auto-responder for your form and include {edit_link} tag on the email body. So, the user can always go back to the same form and edit it."

Not sure where this should go, exactly.

Here is how you can create an auto-responder email:

    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab on the form builder toolbar,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Click on "Add New Email",
    4. Select "Autoresponder" option and complete the wizard.

On the body of the email you can include "{edit_link}" and this will be converted to a link which will allow use the re-open the form with the answered questions and change the submission.

I have the autoresponder already set up and functional, I guess I was just a little confused on where, exactly, to place the {edit link} phrase.

And that is, literally, all that I type in there - {edit link} - and it'll be "saveable" for the end-user?

    Thanks

Yes, just type {edit_link} (with the underscrore), and then make a test submission. You will see how it works.
