I checked your most recent form:
And I was unable to find anything that would cause 2 notifications to be sent. There is only one notification set up and a single email address in the recipient line.
I checked our mail logs for the address associated with the notification and it appears our system is only sending one email per submission:
I am unsure why your client may be receiving two emails per submission, are they both from "email@example.com"? I cannot find anything that would be causing this behavior.
