The Wordpress embed fix broke pagination

The pagination of my form and the Form Tab Widget, formID=42715293175962, aren't working when I embed it into wordpress. It works as expected in preview, as a stand-alone form, or in an iframe. I've taken out the widget and tested. It's still broken.

    Hi,

Can you please share to us the URL of your WP website where we can also test the form.

I am assuming you were using the Wordpress Embed Form App.

No, I'm not using the plugin. Old fashioned copy and paste.

I don't get it. It's working sometimes. I opened the page several times and it wasn't working. I just opened it again, and now it is.

I think I got it figured out. When you open the page initially, it loads properly. When you refresh the page, it does not.

I don't have it figured out. Opening the page vs. refreshing the page was just for that moment. Now it doesn't work. I emptied my cache and tried again. Still nothing.

Please try using our WordPress plugin so instead of embedding the form directly to the page which is causing some conflicts, you would only use the shortcode.

Please update us here if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

The plugin doesn't work. I installed it, can see the pencil, click it and nothing happens. Same issue as other people...the reason I do it the old fashioned way.

I'll probably end up using iframes as long as that works.

    Hi,

    Thank you for updating us.

I understand the frustration. Sometimes systems were just so complex that some application will work while others will not. We have more than successful implementation among other users using the Wordpress Embed App. So your case must be among those few that were not.

In any case, I also suggest you try then using the Iframe embed code.

    User guide https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

When embedding your jotform iframe code in your WP page make sure you are using the TEXT tab in the page editor where you will embed the code.

Example (instead of the script code, use the iframe embed code instead)

Hope this help. Kindly inform us if there are still issue.

    Thanks.
