I am selling a service that will be a different price with each custome, it is a photo restoration business so customers can add many different things to thier photo or it can nly be one thing. How can I add a payment option that doasent require me to have to put in a set amount each time. I wold evauate thier photo and send them an email with what the cost is to fix there photo. First of all, thank you for using JotForm.
You can do that by manually sending an email, which contains the amount, after receiving the notification of their submissions. You can reply to your user's email directly from the notification email by clicking "Email Alerts" under the "Setup & Embed" tab, click on "Notification", hit the "Reply-to and Recipient's Settings" button, and select "Email" beside the "Sender's Email".
