    Radio button selection creates a message

    I want to create a radio button with three options. Select one of them and it produces a message saying that you can no longer progress

    You can use conditions to hide the submit button and show a message when a particular option is selected.

    1.  Insert the warning message using the Free Text (HTML) Tool found under the Power Tools section


    2.  Create a condition to show this message when a certain radio button option is selected. Go to Setup & Embed > Conditions, choose "Show/Hide a form field" then click Next


    3.  Set up a condition like this then save

    4.  Set up another one, this time, hiding the Submit Form button when "Red" is selected. To sum it all, your conditions should look like this:
