Premium account submission limits: Secure submissions

    if i exceed the monthly allowance what happens to the additional submissions?

    Hi,

    I see that you are on our Premium plan. This means that you have 1000 submissions of any kind. Only free plan is limited to 10 SSL submissions.

    If you get close to your limit of 1K submissions before the month ends you will be sent an email notifying you about this.

    What you can do then is to decide to upgrade to a new subscription or get even more submissions by going on our Get More page :)

    Just to be sure that I have explained it properly, when on any package other than free, all of your submissions are calculated together so you only have 1 count to worry about and at this time that is 1K submissions per month. :)

    Thanks Ben.
    I'm sure you noticed that most, if not all months, my submissions are
    well below even the 10 per month limit. I'm considering returning to the
    free plan because of this. So with the free plan what happens to
    submissions 11, 12, 13, etc. if/when the 10 per month are exceeded. Are
    they discarded? or?

    Hi,

    If your account comes near any limit, you are notified by email about this so that you have enough time to react to that and decide what you would like to do at that time.

    Now if it happens to come at the limit, the jotforms are locked down. What this means is that no future submissions would be possible at that time, until either you upgrade or a month has passed. Your visitors would see an error shown letting them know that the jotform is above the allocated quota.

    What this means is that it would not be possible to have 11th, 12th, etc submissions, but once new month comes your jotforms would become available once again - the same happens if you upgrade.

    Do you have any plans that offer 50 or 100 SSLs per month?
    As you have seen, I get very few submissions per month. I'd like to keep
    SSL on some of my forms but not at the expense of $10/mo for a very
    infrequent occasional over-age.
    Could you also tell me how much credit I have currently?

    Hi billj,

    Unfortunately, we don't have that offer right now. We don't have custom order for pricing. We only have Starter (Free),  Premium, Economy and Professional.

    You can see how many SSL submissions you have by click the User menu at the top right. Please check the screenshot below.
