Approval Emails Not Sending for Rounds with Multiple Approvers

    I referenced this thread to build an approval workflow with multiple approvers per approval round: https://www.jotform.com/answers/4045985-approval-flow-how-to-add-multiple-approvers-of-the-same-level

    The first round has one approver, and that happens just fine when I test. The second and third rounds have multiple approvers, and the approval emails aren't being sent. I can see in the app that it's waiting for approvals, so I know that this step is at least partially working.

    If I "take over" the approvals and approve all the second round of approvals, the mobile app shows that it's waiting for the third round of approvals, but no emails are sent again.

    If I "take over" the third round of approvals and approve each one, then the approval is completed and my final email report is sent.

    I'm trying to test this and get it working before I roll it out to my team. If I have them download the app and require logins, would the approval workflow work through the mobile app? This is a bit more difficult for me to test, so I haven't ventured in that direction yet.

    Why aren't emails sending when there are multiple approvers per round, and can this be fixed?

    More helpful information for troubleshooting:

    * The URL below is private, but I'm leaving it for Jotform support if they are able to access it.

    * Also, I'm using emails with "+" signs for testing purposes. i.e. myemail+test1@yahoo.com and myemail+test2@yahoo.com. This might be causing an issue, but I also tested the workflow by adding a second email address without the "+" signs. It still didn't send the email.

    Are you somehow comfortable with temporarily setting your form to the public so we can review the approval flow?

    Hi Spencer,

    Thanks for getting back to Jotform and for setting the form to Public, I was able to view the form now and the Approval Flow that you added.

    If I understand this correctly, after the first approval all three approvers should receive a notification and review the submission if they will Approve or Deny correct? Since you have used the Split Element. I assume that the three approvers after the initial approval are three different email accounts used that you are saying none of them receiving the notification to approve?

    I also noticed that they need to all approve to move on to the next part of the approval flow. Am I getting this correct? If there is more information you want to add before we make a test submission, that will be much appreciated.

    We can move forward as soon as we receive a response from you.

    Kris, you understand everything correctly.

    All three approvers should receive an email notification (to 3 different email accounts), but none of them received that email when I was testing the workflow. And you're right, they all have to give approval before moving on to the next part of the approval workflow.

    Hello Spencer,

    Thank you for the confirmation. I cloned your form and also the Approval Flow then change the email address of one of the approvers before I run a test submission.

    I was not able to replicate the issue you are having because I was able to receive all the emails for Approvals after they were approved. Check out the screencast below:

    I cleared the cache of your form for additional precautions and this fix glitches on forms. You can also perform a clear cache of your forms on your end by following the guide from this link
