    Yes it does, you can use the Input Mask feature

    Not sure if I understand how to use this feature. A typical Irish ph # is 087 097 8204. Same number of characters I suppose.

    Okay, now I think my form is done. Now what do I do with it? How do I hyperlink or connect it to my web page for the event I am hosting?
