Were the unread emails in JotForm?

When I log into my account and I go to "my forms" I am showing I have 3-unread messages. I have gone through all my emails and have read every single one; however, it is still showing I have 3-unread messages.

Thank you for the clarification, that might be just a cache issue.
You can clear it using the "Mark as Read" opton in the submission.
