I am showing 3-unread emails, I've read all my emails and it is not correcting it self.

    Can you please tell us also where you checked your emails.

    Were the unread emails in JotForm?

    When I log into my account and I go to "my forms"  I am showing I have 3-unread messages.  I have gone through all my emails and have read every single one; however, it is still showing I have 3-unread messages.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification, that might be just a cache issue.

    You can clear it using the "Mark as Read" opton in  the submission.
