Configurable List Widget: Not Displaying on iOS Devices

    Drop downs are no longer appearing in 2 of our forms when filling out the form on mobile.

    Different versions of this form work as they should.

    Nothing was changed on this form.

    The drop downs dont even appear in view.

    Thanks for reaching out Jotform. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with this on your form. I’ll do my job to help you.

    May I know how many users are affected and what devices are they using when they encounter this issue? Using a computer, both forms work great on my end when I clicked the URLs that you provided. All fields especially the dropdowns are showing.

    I was able to replicate the issue on my android phone, I gave some time for the form to load but it seems that the Dropdown Elements are not showing. I also cleared the cache of your forms but still having the same issue.

    After we confirmed that this is happening on an Apple device as well, we will need to escalate this to our Developers' team for further checking.

    We can move forward as soon as we receive a response from you.

    Great thank you Kris!

    Yes we were having this issue on Android and Apple cell phones.

    Computers it is working fine.


    As of right now 20 form users have experienced this issue.

    This form is used to order all of our tools for our job sites. Not being able to order tools on 20 job sites can turn into a big problem for us.

    Thanks for following up and letting us know about the Apple issue as well. It seems like the issue has already been resolved on Android devices as I was just able to load both forms properly. Take a look below:

    I am still seeing the issue on Apple devices though, so I'm going to escalate this up to our Development team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Hello Ryan,

    Thank you so much for waiting. We have received an update that the issue is now resolved. I tested one of your forms using an IOS device and the Configurable list widget is now showing.
