Jotform to Airtable integration sending wrong data

    Hello

We currently have an integration setup to send jotform responses for this form: https://form.jotform.com/222136252535146

We capture City and State as two fields for a persons address. Something is going wrong with the integration where jotform is sending City data into our State field.

Here is a screenshot of the entry i just logged with a City of san francisco and a State of CA

Here is a screenshot of the integration data mapping between Jotform and Airtable that we set up here: https://www.jotform.com/build/222136252535146/settings/integrations You can see we have mapped City and State together between Jotform and Airtable

Heres how the data then shows up for us in Airtable. You can see City data has been mapped to city and state

This is pretty ugly and would love some support to get fixed asap

    Hello Green_Walker,

Thank you for your patience. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, I ran into the same problem, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    On Jotform Tables:

Jotform AirTable Integration, mapped City and State together between Jotform and Airtable:

Data passed to AirTable, City data has been mapped to city and state:

Hi thanks for looking into this!

Is there any way to know if this is something that will be taken care of in a week/2 weeks/or a month? Depending on timeline, would just need to know if we need to find workarounds on our end

    Hello Green_Walker,

Thank you for your patience. I looked at your form and integration.

I noticed that the Unique Name of 3 of your fields City, State, and Zip Code are the same. When you have the same Unique Name for the fields, the system cannot differentiate these fields. If you change these names to unique names your integration should be working the right way. You can find screenshots down below about how to change Unique Name values of your fields.

    Thanks.

Hi this resolves the issue, but given that unique name wasn't something we even knew about before this ticket, the error where the unique name became the same for those three fields must have come from jotform's side. Is anyone looking into how that happened?
