Clicking a hyperlink to submit a form

    Hello,

I have a multi-step jotform- the last question takes users to a hyperlink where they need to complete a task outside of Jotform. Is it possible to have the form be submitted when a user clicks the hyperlink? Some of our users are forgetting to go back to the form to click submit, so I would like to automate that process. Thanks!

    Hello lukeiida,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can try to redirect your users to external link via the Thank You page to make sure that their submission is recorded.

    1. In your Form Builder, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    2. Click the Edit Thank You Page link.
    3. Select the Redirect to an external link after submission button.
    4. Put in the URL.

That's it! Once the user clicks on the Submit button, they'll be redirected to the URL you specified.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks Mightor- we still do want the process to be completed in one 'flow'

Can you embed pages within a jotform page?

    Hello Luke,

Thank you for getting back to us. You can embed documents, videos, audio guides, and other types of web content directly on your form by using the iFrame Embed widget.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks Bryan!

I added the iFrame, but the page does not seem to be loading. It is an https too.

    Hi Luke,

Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your form but cannot find the iFrame widget that you have added to embed a page. Can you share with us the URL that you are trying to embed on your form to check why it's not loading?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
