Why are my users required to create a user account?

    Hi ASNA123,

     

    When you say users are you pertaining to the users who will fill up the form or you want to add or share a sub-user account? I tried cloning the form then fill it up as a non-registered user in JotForm and it worked fine, it did not ask me to register an account.

    If you want to share forms with a user that has no JotForm account, it will required him or her to register a new account. If they already have a JotForm account then just need to login and view the shared forms.
