Why would image uploads not come through on email?

    I have set up a form with the option to upload a few images.

    When the form is submitted all of the details and the images are present on the JotForm view of the submissions but only the text detail comes through on the email.

    If anyone could help, that would be much appreciated.

    Your notification has been flagged as "dirty" because you have edited it. Thus, all subsequent changes you make to the form will not automatically reflect on the notification alert.

    The quickest way to fix this is to recreate your notification. Delete your exisiting notification then create a new one.

    To delete, click Email Alerts > Chameleon Brick > Delete Email.

    To create a new notification, click Email Alerts > Add New Email > Notification > click Next; then follow and compelete the Email Alert Wizard

    An alternative solution is to manually insert placeholders for your image upload fields on your existing notification.

    Click Email Alerts > Chameleon Brick

    On the Compose Email screen, click on the column next to Upload Your Image, then select the upload image fields to the right to insert the placeholders
