I get API-Limit exceeded error while downloading attachments

    Hello Sandra,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. We’re sorry you’re having trouble with this I looked into your account, but it appears that no form is connected to it right now.  I was thinking maybe your API Call Limits were exceeded, but in order, for us to further check, could you please provide the form link you're having issues with or the email address and username associated with your account? As an additional measure to resolve this issue, try clearing your form cache, and check to see if it makes a difference.

    This is the message displayed on my jot form , unfortunately I am unable to contact the support page either as this says it no longer exists.

    Hi Sandra,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I checked your email address in our system, and I only found 2 guest accounts that do not have any forms. When I checked your IP address I found the account liam267. Is the issue related to forms on that account? I reset the API limit for that account. Please try again. If the issue is related to some other account, please share the account username or a link of the form to which the issue is related.

    Thank you for looking into this , you are correct on the IP address.
    I have just tried to downloaded the service sheets but it is still not allowing me too.
    Looking at the Bronze level we have, I would say that we do not exceed the levels at all.
    So I am not sure what else to do, it does say that could clear the cache but does this mean we would loose all the work forms that are on the system?

    Hello Sandra,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're still having an issue downloading your attachments. Rest assured that clearing your cache won't lose your existing data. Occasionally, you might experience some peculiar issue that could happen to your forms, and clearing the cache would normally fix them.

    Note that clearing your cache would only remove any minor bugs or glitches with your forms. Thus, I went ahead and did this on your account. Also, my colleague already reset your API Limit.

    Can you please try to download the attachments again and let us know how it goes?

    Thanks for getting back to us, I have cleared your form cache and reset your API limit in hopes that this will resolve this issue on your end. Can you please check it after clearing your browser cache or try it on a different browser and let us know whether this issue persists?

    Hi Sandra,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you have set up your account setting to Require login to see the submissions, we just need to disable the requirement to log in to submissions. It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

    • Login to your Jotform account.
    • Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    • In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
    • On the Settings page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to see submissions.

    We’re sorry you’re still having trouble with this. Have you tried to clear the cache in your browser the same way you did when the problem was initially solved? If not, can you try it again to see if it works? If nothing happens, can you please try to use a different browser?
