I accidentally had the secure link checked for one of my forms and was receiving ssl submissions without knowing! I unchecked it as soon as I noticed but I do not want our form to be disabled!!  Can someone help show me where to find the # of secure submissions?  Or is there any way to be sure no one can submit their form securely anymore???

    Hi,

Can someone help show me where to find the # of secure submissions?

I see that you have 10 secure submissions made. You can see that for yourself by clicking the little avatar looking icon in the top right corner of your screen. The menu should open and show you the number of submissions that you can have.

Unfortunately as long as someone has your link to the secure jotform they can use it and submit secure submission.

The only way to stop (as much as possible) secure submissions would be to remove all links to secure jotforms and only add the regular jotform links.

If you have any further questions feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

    Best Regards,

Oh no!  This is a very important form to us...is there any way to get our SSL submission counter reset to 0 this once? If this form is disabled it will cause quite a bit of chaos.

I received an email saying: "You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Tuesday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month.

How long will they be disabled?  And is it all forms or just one?

    Hi,

I am sorry, but I can only reset your number for the number of entries added by spammers, I can not reset it on the regular submissions, you would need to upgrade to get more SSL submissions.

What I will do for you however is to remove the scheduled downgrade to give you a bit more time and reset it to 7 submissions, which I just did.

In the future once the limit is reached all of your jotforms will be disabled until the end of the month or until you upgrade to a paid account.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
