How to set a custom format validation field

Hi,

             I was wondering if you guys had any options for custom validations. For example, let say I need someone to put in an ID that looks something like x-xxx-xxxxxx-xx, is there any way for me to make sure all of the dashes are all in the right place?

It is possible to add a custom format field with a Fixed Format widget.

Alternatively, you might consider using an Input Mask option on a Text Box field.
