Had the form working but for some reason it isn't anymore?

First image section should have 4 choices but only 2 showing, second one has around 14 choices but again only 2 showing.

Reset all links seemed to wrok for 5 mins, emailed it to a client and back to how it was.

    Thanks

Update, seems to be working intermittently - could this be a volume of traffic thing?  Annoyingly the client I'm trying to get it to currently is not very internet savy, page refresh and so forth = heardwork. lol

I would recommend you to clone your jotform,I  loaded you jotform, and I could not see the images, once I cloned it in my account and preview it, all images were shown:

Please check my cloned version of your form, and clone it in your account if you want to.

Sadly even yor clone didn't work on our browser it appears exactly the same as my original - 2 images at the top and 2 below. Makes no sense.

If I refresh page umpteen times, 1 in 6 will show full form?

    Hello sharpie,

With which browser you are having this issue with?

I did test your form in multiple browser but in chrome I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It is just displaying two images (i.e 1 row) only. Please check the screenshot below:

Image picker widget is not being displayed in full length in chrome Screenshot 20

I refreshed it multiple times but widget never displayed in full length. Let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

I am not sure but, it seems there were some updates in "Image Picker" widget recently. I would suggest you to please hide the existing image picker widget and add a new one (deleting will also delete the associated submission data). Do check it once and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

Yes - its chrome have to repeatedly refresh to get it to work. I'm not convinced recreating the form will work, I've updated and resaved the one several times, until whatever has changed in the plugin is fixed. This was all working so well for us too stopped all sorts of confusions with our clients.

    Hi,

I've cloned your form and I see that the URLs of the images in the "Image Picker" is separated by commas at first. I edited it by separating them by new line, please see the set up wizard.

Image picker widget is not being displayed in full length in chrome Screenshot 30

This is the cloned form I edited, Cloned Form. Please take note that the first set of images are the only ones I edited.

Here's a screenshot of the 4 option image selection.

Also, after editing and saving the form, re-embed the source code or direct link to your website or the platform you are using to avoid any further problems and for the changes to be implemented properly.

Let us know if this helps you.

    Thanks.

No - sorry even your clone with the new lines, rather than the specified commas as given in image picker instructions, doesn't show all the images, 2 first time, 3 the second.

Again in chrome, there is clearly an issue with the plugin and chrome. :(

I've been advised by the support department that it could be a jquery fault on my website/theme - I'm trying to see if this is the case.

I'm OK on html, start talking jquery, javascripts or php woosh over my head lol.

I will advise if I resolve any if it within the website.

    Hello sharpie,

Please take a look at the following cloned form where I have removed the existing "Image Picker" widget and add it again:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42813618407960?

This seems to be working fine.

    Thank you!
