Hi, I have had 2 form submissions on my most recent form (october 2014 Feature Show) and neither of them have been forwarded to my email address as per normal. Do you know why that might be? I have just changed the email address on my account(after not receiving the submissions) to see if that helps.Page URL:

Upon checking your email notification, I see the Recipient E-mail and the Sender Name field are empty:
Sender Name :Make sure you assign it to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)
