Ticket Request Widget

    Two questions:

    1) We have over 10,000 rows of data with about 300 ticket types through the ticket request widget. Is there a way to speed up the processing of the data when the tickets display. It is taking about 2 minutes for the remaining ticket numbers to display.

    2) Is there a report that can be run to show all the capacities entered for each ticket type?

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Are you referring to the submission Table of this form? If so, please note that since there's a huge number of submissions, it may take a few minutes for it to load. You can filter data in your Tables. Please see this guide to learn more.

For your question about the report, you can create a visual report from your submission data. Can you please provide a more detailed explanation of what are you trying to achieve and the type of report you're trying to create?

Sorry, this does not help. For the Ticket Builder function, for every ticket that we have created, we need to enter a capacity for the number of tickets. We are trying to get a "download" of the capacities that were entered for each ticket, not data that was submitted.

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you referring to the "Ticket Purchases" widget? Are you referring to limiting the number of attendees? If so you can use the Appointment element instead to limit the maximum attendee per time slot.

To set the limit per timeslot, just go to the Advanced settings of the Appointment Properties.

For more information, you can read through the guide on the link below:

If that's not exactly what you're looking for, may we ask for the direct link to the form with the ticket builder function so we can check further? You can grab the URL in two simple steps below.

    1. In the Form Builder, click the Publish button.
    2. Under the Quick Share tab, click the Copy Link button to copy your form URL.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Thanks Michael!
