Form currently unavailable after submission

    Hello!

     

    We have been using this form for a long time without problem. Now we see "

    This form is currently unavailable!" message after pressing submit.

    Can you please check the issue?

    Hi David,

    Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences that this might have caused you. We had a temporary glitch in our server that was escalated immediately and everything is working fine. 

    I've check your forms and all of them are live right now.

    Hello!

    Thank you. I had to re-open the form in the editor and save again. That fixed the issue.
