How to give access to certain feature of the forms?

I need to know how can i lock certain fields and give access to limited fields only to the customer. So please let m know asap on this.

Hello Mohammed,

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support. We don’t have a feature like that, but what you can do is you can add an Access Code to your form. It is easy to do. Let me show you how:

• Go to Form Builder and click Add Form Element
• Add a Short Textbox element, edit the text and change it to Access Code (make sure to turn on the required option which will be found under Label Align)
• Click Add Form Element and add Section Collapse element
• Click the gear icon and change the section heading to COLLAPSE - make sure to change the section and button visibility to Hidden
• Click the Settings tab and click the Conditions tab on the left side

NOTE: You can't use Password as your label in your form. You can use any other label like "Code", "Key", "Authorization", etc. In my example, I used "Access Code". It's because we have an automated anti-phishing system in place which scans all forms and mark them with a probability of being used for phishing activities)

What this essentially means is that IF Access Code IS EQUAL TO "AccessCode" THEN SHOW the COLLAPSE field and everything underneath it. You can use any word that you would like to use as your access code.
