The wizard tab just shows up blank - have tried this on a different machine and cross browser

I see you are having difficulty accessing the Integrations Wizard.
I checked on this and I am able to see it inside your account. Are you able to access our Apps (Integrations) Page here Http://apps.jotform.com at all?
If you're still having issues can you please clear your browser cache and try again.
