SEO Sharing Image or Thumbnail

Where can we find the setting to dictate the SEO Sharing Image for facebook and twitter? I need to specific that image that is used so when the form link is share the preview image is shown.

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. The form header and header image are used as the thumbnail image when you share your form or when you post the link on social media. The preview image can be changed by editing the form header and header image. Please note that cached versions of your from's preview image may not be updated right away. Please see the screenshot below:

For example, any images cached by Facebook, while sharing, will not be updated until the Facebook website updates its cache.
