    Form appear and disappear in few seconds after loading it to the page

    Hello, since yesterday we have a litte Problem with our JotForm Formula in our Website.

    If you visit our site with an PC the Formular needs a very long Time to build up, an when you write something in the Formular , the complete Formular disappears and you see nothing anymore.

    Is it possible that you can fix the problem or that you can tell us where the problem is.

    Hi Matthias,

    Our apologies! We have this problem yesterday but, our developers had made a fix to it. I checked your form and as far I could see, it's working fine now.

    I have also cleared your forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache. This should help. Please kindly check again and let us know if the issue persists.

    Hello Welvin,
    thank you very much for your answer.
    But the problem ist the same.
    If you use a PC with, for example, a Internet explorer you see the formular for a second and after then it disappear. Safari and Mac works.
    We build a new account and clone the formulae but nothing helps.
    What do you change in your program and what we can do to solve it?

    Please kindly try to re-embed your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Get back to us if the issue persists after changing the embed codes.
