Is it possible to add a comment box between each items in the product list?

Is there a way to have the option to add a comment box to each individual product so that a customer can add details? I have cookies I do and sometimes they need to personalize them with a name. Having just one comment box at the end of the form gets too hectic because then they have to divide out each name for each separate cookie. Sometimes they forget about a cookie and I'm having to circle back. So I'm wanting to find a way for them to be able to add details to each product if necessary

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you cannot insert a text box for your customers to leave a comment in the Product List widget between each item. But as a workaround, you can add an option to your products inside the product list. Let me walk you through it:

• Select the payment field, then click on the wand icon.
• Hover your mouse to each item, then click on the Pencil icon.
• After that, select "add a product" from the options tab.

Please note that there is no restriction on how many options you may add to your items. We also have a guide about how to create sub-products based on product options that you can check out. This can help you set this up properly on your form.

Yes unfortunately I already do this for different options needed. I need a free text box for the customer to be able to write a note directly after selecting that specific product
