I recently posted that to be able to share reports based on the Visual Report Builder (under Reports) would provide my clients and me with fantastic value. Clients would be truly delighted to click a link in a notification that fired up some "board-meeting ready" pie charts. Not only that - generated on the fly in real-time - so clients can see what trends are happening as the results come in - now that is awesome. Currently, however, it is only available to the Account holder - most likely a Webmaster - who has no interest in the feature for his own benefit. This one fix would move this feature from 'perfectly useless' to 'punch-the-air brilliant'.
I would like to extend the same sentiment to the submissions function. When you press this button one is presented with an excellent interface for viewing, printing, managing, downloading .... submission data. Again, this function, to a Webmaster, is useless. I often gaze at it thinking how great it looks. Take this exact interface and make it shareable with a link in a notification - this hands over the power to the end-user in that they can delete submissions and view and print their submissions in a classy way.
Is there anyone, who handles jotforms for other users, who doesn't entirely agree with this. Personally, I need this now. Please let me know your thoughts folks. If you do agree - perhaps let me know on this post. Thanks

Wow, that's one great idea! I don't know why we never thought of that. I think it is doable. We will look into that.

This would be great, user/role management. The way it is now, I have to create a new account for each client I do forms for :-)

I think that would be great to have the Submissions shareable to end users. Like the matrix on the surveys, it looks good on the Submissions, but when you share it with Grid, or RSS, or anything else, it only shows numbers that don't corresponds to any of the row or column headers.

You asked for it and we implemented it!
